Our Process

1 - Book Your Free Discovery Call

This is a friendly 20-minute conversation over Zoom, where we get to explore where you are now, where you want to be, and any identified problems or challenges. Then, we'll describe how we work, present options to you, and answer any questions..

2 - Your First Session - The Consultation / Foundation

Your first session prepares the ground for long-lasting transformation. Building on what we learned in the Discovery Call, we'll get to work by releasing you from what's been keeping you stuck or holding you back. Don't be too surprised when you feel remarkably better after this first session!

3 - Weekly Coaching Sessions

Whether it's one session a week for four weeks, two sessions a week for twelve weeks, or an additional ad-hoc session to deal with one of life's curveballs - we've got you. Our weekly sessions will follow a tried-and-trusted format infused with world-leading transformational techniques and processes.

4 - Sustainable Transformation

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of coaching, therapeutic, training, and wellbeing services designed to help individuals and organisations overcome challenges, unlock potential, and perform at their best. Whether you're looking to improve confidence, resilience, health, wellbeing, mindset, performance, or recovery from life's setbacks, we provide personalised support for individuals, professionals, business leaders, teams, athletes, and organisations.

How do I get started?

Start by booking a free Discovery Call. This is a friendly, no obligation conversation will help us understand what you're looking for, if we could help, and determine if we'd be happy working together.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! Almost all of our sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Although we can be appointed to deliver in-person sessions (subject to availability).

How often do sessions take place?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and coaching plan. Upon completion of a coaching programme, many clients continue working with us via a quarterly, 6 month, or 12 month support plan.

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last up to 60 minutes allowing time for deep conversation, reflection, and action planning. Often, the very first session of our coaching programmes run to 90 minutes (approx). Timings relate to delivery of the session contents, and are often results-based.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer flexible payment options for coaching packages to make support accessible and stress-free.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your plan.
